1. Agreement

By accessing or using LexMatrix Guard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal parent or guardian of any child managed through the service.

3. Subscription & Billing

• LexMatrix Guard is offered as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe or PayPal.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LexMatrix Guard only for lawful parental control purposes. You may not reverse engineer, abuse, or misuse the platform to circumvent protections or harass others.

5. Disclaimer

LexMatrix Guard is a parental control aid, not a guarantee of child safety online. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children’s digital activity.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in UK courts. For users in Indonesia, Government Regulation No. 17 of 2025 (GR17) and PDP Act apply. For users in Malaysia, Online Safety Act 2025 (ONSA) applies. For users in the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 106 of 2026 and applicable UAE telecommunications regulations also apply.
